Staff Selection & Change
We are here to serve you better. If you feel another member of our staff would better serve you, or you just want a different point of view, please let us know.

Scheduling/Cancellations
We recommend that you schedule your next appointment before leaving so you will be sure to get the appointment time you desire. We would appreciate 48 hours for cancellation of appointments. Weddings & special occasion parties will need to be paid for in advance. A credit card will be used to secure large groups or parties, non-cancellation/no shows will be charged on credit card.

Arriving Late
If you are more than 10 minutes late, it might be necessary to reschedule. Though we will try to accommodate you, sometimes it is impossible. Please understand, we need to respect the time of the next client scheduled.

Refunds or Exchanges
We do not refund the cost of any service provided. Please allow us to correct the problem. In the case purchasing a product, we will exchange it for the appropriate product.

Payment
Service fee is to be paid in full on date of service. We accept cash, personal checks with proper identification, VISA, Mastercard, & AMEX. We cannot add additional fees to checks or credit card transactions for tips. Tips must be paid in cash.A $25.00 fee for returned checks will be added to the bill. Wedding payment taken with credit cared when appointments are made.

We are open to suggestions. Please let us know how we can better serve you.

Bridal Parties
When scheduling a bridal party, please ask to speak with our bridal consultant. Bridal forms are printable from our website. Deposit is required to secure an appointment.
