How to Spa


We schedule adequate time for changing and a customized consultation. We understand circumstances may arise that affect your arrival and we will do everything possible to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to shorten or reschedule your service. Please let us know if you are running behind.


We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all our guests. We request children be brought into the salon only when they have an appointment. For everyone's comfort and privacy, no children are allowed in the spa.

Mobile Phones

We ask that all spa guests either silence or turn off their mobile devices before entering the spa. This policy is to ensure the comfort of all of our guests, and to aid in your personal relaxation during your time with us.


Our spa is a relaxation zone and a quiet environment. Please be mindful of the other guests receiving services by speaking softly and keeping noise to a minimum.


To better serve the needs of all our guests, we request 24 hours advance notice when canceling an appointment. Guests booking a spa package, multiple services, groups, or a weekend appointment must provide a credit card or gift certificate number to reserve the appointment. Notice of cancellation for these services must be given 48 hours prior to the appointment or full service fees will be applied.

Common Question

What Do I Need to Bring?
We provides robes, towels, Aveda hair and skin products, and blow dryers for your use. If showering while at the spa please bring your own personal toiletries.

Make Up Services
For makeup applications, we recommend an open neck or button down shirt for easy changing.

If you are visiting the spa for a pedicure, we recommend that you bring open-toed shoes or flip-flops to preserve your polish when you leave. Disposable flip-flops will be are available. We recommend not shaving your legs the day of your pedicure.

Can I Receive Any Nail Services if I am Experiencing Any Foot or Nail Conditions?
To ensure the health and safety of all our guests and our team, if you are experiencing any foot or nail conditions please seek medical care before scheduling your nail appointments. We reserve the right to deny services for the protection of our guests and team members.

Should I Mention If I Have Any Physical Ailments, Allergies, or If I Am Pregnant When Booking My Appointment?
Absolutely! Only to serve you better, please let us know when making your reservation. We will also have you fill out our medical questionnaire when you check in. If you are pregnant, you must be past your first trimester to receive a massage. You will want to avoid treatments using deep pressure or intense heat. It is also a good idea to check with your doctor if you have any concerns.

Do I Have to Disrobe Entirely For a Spa Treatment?
You can disrobe to whatever level you are most comfortable. Your privacy is protected at all times.

After Treatments?
Please be sure to drink plenty of water after your treatments to replenish your body's natural balance.

What Are the Standards for Gratuity?
Choosing whether to leave a gratuity and how much is always dependent on your comfort level and the quality of your service. Should you wish to leave a gratuity for your service provider you may do so upon checkout at the front desk. Credit card tips are accepted. Gratuity of 15-20% is standard.
